Roughneck Medcare M-1000 2 Button Handset by Inclusive with DB-9 male plug is designed and built by ourselves from our extremely robust and reliable and very popular for 20+ years Roughneck Dual Push Button Switches -  which are much easier for someone with limited dexterity to  push with a knuckle, or to nestle into the palm of ones hand and push the buttons with one's chin which is what Mark, our C5  quadriplegic executive director and designer of these does.

Medcare M-1000 2-Button OEM Electronic Handset with DB-9 male plug for 1000 lb Heavy Duty Patient Ceiling Lift.  The charge and stop buttons are are only functional on the RTC Power Traverse model.  Charge and stop buttons do nothing on the Manual Traverse model we have available.

Arjo Maxi Sky Handsets are all special order. RTC versions are usually interchangeable with handsets that do not have RTC button. 4-Button may also work on a Manual Traverse lift, only the left and right buttons would not have any function.   since special order, returns may be limited to exchange only it if compatibility issue (determined on case-by-case basis if source accepts return).
